LEO Pharma a new tenant in Gdansk's Wave office building

International company LEO Pharma has become a new tenant of a modern office building in Pomerania. The company has moved into the Wave high-rise building in Gdansk.

LEO Pharma is a company operating in the medical dermatology market, occupying a position among the leaders of its industry. In Q1 2021, the company moved into the Wave office building in Gdansk. LEO Pharma has at its disposal more than 1,500 kmw. of office space on the 10th floor of the building, which will be used by about 100 of the company's new employees.

The Gdansk Wave office building is a modern building, whose general contractor is Skanska S.A., and the medusa group architecture studio is responsible for the project. A second building will be built next to the office building in further stages of construction, and the complex will provide about 48,000 sqm of office space. In addition, the office building will offer parking spaces, electric car charging stations and infrastructure for cyclists. The building's appearance is inspired by containers stored at the port, and the solutions used in the building that favor employees and the environment meet the guidelines of WELL and LEED certifications.
