Research and Development Center for Small Appliances for BSH is being built on a plot at Klementyny Hoffmanowej 19, on land belonging to BSH. The investment, valued at approximately 24 million PLN, began after signing a contract with the contractor in September of this year. The construction part of the project will be carried out by Strabag. The project includes the construction of a 3-story building with an area of over 2,000 m² and a cubic volume of approximately 10,500 m³. The scope of work also includes the installation of telecom, electrical, and sanitary systems. Key implementation stages of the investment include, among others, demolition of the existing building, handover of the new facility for laboratory testing, and obtaining a final permit for use. The new Research and Development Center for Small Appliances will be equipped with testing and measurement rooms, a prototype workshop, as well as office spaces and conference rooms. In the testing section, real domestic conditions in which household appliances are used will be reproduced. The investment in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship will be implemented in accordance with the latest architectural and technological trends, with full respect for the natural environment.
