The investment is being implemented as part of the Fabryka Program by ARP Operator, and the general contractor for the project is F.B.I. TASBUD from Warsaw. The architectural design was developed by Pas Projekt Archi Studio. Near the building are other significant facilities, such as the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Old Town Hall, and Hotel Elbląg. Porta Mare will be a modern office complex that will bring new quality to the office space of Elbląg.
