West Station offers a modern railway station, two top-class office buildings with green enclaves inside, service and commercial outlets, and public areas, all in one place. The complex is situated in Warsaw's Ochota district, in the immediate vicinity of Dworzec Zachodni railway station and the main bus station. This is part of the strategy of opening business centres in the city's key communication nodes. The location inthe main artery provides excellent transport links to all Warsaw's districts, via public and private transport. A drive to the Central Station takes about 5-10 minutes, and to Warsaw Chopin Airport – less than 20 minutes. Easy access to S8 and S2 expressway, as well as to A2 motorway is an asset. The position in the strict centre of the city allows to fully enjoy the trade and service, catering business, cultural and hotel offer. The objects are being created as a joint development project in the area belonging to PKP S.A. The whole investment has been being realised in three stages. In the first stage, a new railway station was built. In the second stage was built the first office building, which offers about 27,000 m2 of office space to let. The second office building, with an area of approximately 35,000 m2, will be ready for use since the first quarter of 2018.
