About IASO Core Business Hub D office

IASO is a modern, multifunctional mixed-use complex currently under construction in the very heart of Katowice, within the block bounded by Dworcowa, Dyrekcyjna, Mielęckiego, and Staromiejska Streets. Developed by the Epione Group and designed by the renowned Konior Studio, the project uniquely combines the revitalized, historic architecture of 19th-century tenement buildings with modern Class A architecture. The main business pillar of the project is the Core Business Hub, which will provide the Katowice market with over 8,000 square meters of modern office space (the total office area is approximately 8,490 square meters). The office spaces, located in two buildings (Core D on Dyrekcyjna Street and Core S on Staromiejska Street), were designed according to the “urban office” concept — offering tenants full flexibility in layout under the shell & core standard, as well as excellent natural daylight. The facility will be fully environmentally sustainable, as confirmed by BREEAM green certification. The office area will be perfectly complemented by two Marriott International hotels (offering approximately 250 rooms), modern conference facilities, and vibrant retail, service, and dining venues located on the ground floors of the complex.
