The Tree House Office is a remarkable building located on a wooded plot. It is the natural qualities of the area that determined the form of this intimate office building. In the middle of the front elevation there is a special recess that made room for a tree that grows there. It is an example of an innovative approach to architecture, in which nature determines the shape of buildings. In addition, the recess has been lined with a sheet that reflects the tree and indicates the importance of its position. The iridescent color of the facade distinguishes the building from other investments and is an ideal background for the surrounding greenery. The uneven rows of windows make the building unique. The facility has 4 above-ground storeys and offers approx. 1,200 sq m of total area. Comfortable working environment is provided by a high standard of finish, the use of pro-ecological solutions, the possibility of flexible space arrangement as well as high windows and optimal access to daylight. The office building is located in the south of the city, in the Łagiewniki-Borek Fałęcki district, close to the A4 motorway and Zakopiańska Street - the main artery of this part of the city. In the area there is the Saint John Paul II Sanctuary and the Zakopianka Shopping Park. The location allows you to take full advantage of Krakow's commercial, service, gastronomic and cultural offer, and enables efficient access to other districts, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are bus and tam stops and the Kraków Sanktuarium railway station. A drive to the Kraków Główny railway station takes approx. 20 minutes, to the Krakow Airport in Balice – 15 minutes, to the A4 motorway – 3 minutes.
