Business Garden Warsaw's new tenant, the well-known pharmaceutical company Pfizer, has leased office space in the development's third building. JLL represented the tenant in the negotiations. The complex is located on Żwirki i Wigury Street and consists of seven buildings with remarkable and modern architecture. It offers a total of 90,000 square meters of space, complemented by an interior garden, a Good Company restaurant, a fitness club and a hotel. The developers designed the buildings to maximize tenant comfort, creating a quiet and relaxing zone among the grass, with Wi-Fi access. A conference center and hospitality desk are also on hand for tenants.
