3T Office Park complex in Gdynia with occupancy permit

The 3T Office Park development in Gdynia has been completed. The building is now ready for use and has its first tenants.

Gdynia can boast the completion of the construction of the modern 3T Office Park building complex. The first work on the facility began two years ago, and in early October this year the complex was ready for use. Thus, the first tenants can move into the buildings. Companies that have decided to lease space in the facility include: Medicover, Asseco Poland or Wartsila Poland. From now on, tenants will be able to enjoy high-class space, which was created in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certificate, achieving the Excellent level.

3T Office Park is a complex of three towers offering both office and service space. Tenants will also have parking spaces for cars, electric vehicle charging stations, extensive bicycle infrastructure and viewing terraces. The architectural design of the building was created by AHR Architects, and the general contractor was Porr.
