A high-end office complex, The Park Karków, is under construction in the Podgórze district

A major investment by Cain International and White Star Real Estate is underway in Krakow.

The Park Krakow office complex is a state-of-the-art facility that will ultimately provide high-end office space. It will include flexible work space, offering open space solutions and offices. The complex is being built on Kuklińskiego and Saska streets on a plot of approximately 5 hectares. Plans for the project also include developing the area around the facility into green zones with many attractions and amenities.

The Park Krakow is a complex consisting of eight office buildings, with construction taking place in stages. The facility will ultimately provide about 100,000 sqm of leasable space. The top floors of the buildings will feature spacious terraces, and the facility will have many amenities for its future tenants. These will include underground parking spaces, extensive bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations.
