A modern office space is being created in a historic 19th century Wroclaw building

Renovation of Wrocław's L'UNI building is underway. As part of the ongoing work, office space will be created inside, with an area of about 3,600 sqm.

The L'UNI office building is a historic neo-Renaissance building from 1866, located at 9 Grodzka Street in Wroclaw. It will offer approximately 3,600 sqm of leasable office space. Its location not only makes it possible to enjoy the amenities of the city center location, but also offers an attraction unprecedented in Wroclaw, which is the possibility to swim to the office building. This is because there is a sailing marina in the vicinity of the building. In addition, the building's windows overlook islands on the Oder River and green recreational areas.

The ongoing revitalization of Wrocław's L'UNI office building began in mid-2020. As part of the work, which is being carried out under the supervision of a preservationist, the interiors, which will house modern office space, will be renovated, and the upper floor will gain glazing.
