Advisa company with office in DL Tower in Katowice, Poland

The list of tenants in Katowice's state-of-the-art DL TOWER office building continues to grow. Advisa will move into the newly constructed building and will occupy several hundred square meters.

The DL TOWER skyscraper is a very attractive building for potential tenants of office space in Katowice. For this reason, another company has decided to lease space in this building. This time it was Advisa, which will occupy several hundred meters of space in the building. Thanks to the signing of this lease, the commercialization level of the office building has already reached 90 percent.

The DL TOWER office building is a newly constructed Katowice skyscraper, which was commissioned earlier this year. It was located on Korfantego Avenue. It provides about 16,500 sqm of Class A workspace to the local market. In addition, the building has above- and underground parking spaces, extensive bicycle infrastructure and charging stations for electric cars. The building is rich in a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
