American Bechtel Consortium Opened Its Headquarters in Equator IV Office Building

In April of this year, the headquarters of the Polish branch of the American Bechtel Consortium, which will be responsible for building Poland's first nuclear power plant located in Choczewo in Pomerania, was opened. Bechtel Polska's headquarters is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in the Equator IV office building, which belongs to the CPI Property Group portfolio. The company occupies an entire floor of the building with a total area of 1,600 sqm. The opening took place in April of this year.

Equator IV is a modern office building located on the border of the Center and Ochota districts, along Aleje Jerozolimskie, handed over for use in 2018. It has over 24,000 sqm of Class A office space. For tenants, 229 parking spaces are available. The building has an ecological BREEAM certificate at a very good level.

In Choczewo, where the construction of Poland's first nuclear power plant is planned, nearly 40 hectares of forest have been felled in recent months. The contractor has already cleared the area for geological work, and further felling of 150 hectares is planned for the fall of this year.
