Ellie Mae, an American company providing services and technological solutions in the mortgage market, has moved into the multifunctional facility. From now on, the company's new headquarters is located in the modern Cavatina Hall complex in Bielsko-Biala. The company's employees have almost 2,000 sqm of space at their disposal.
Cavatina Hall is a modern facility located in Bielsko-Biala at Dworkowa and Sempołowska streets. It offers more than 9,000 sqm of high-end office and service space. Additional space includes a special recording studio and a concert hall. Tenants have underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and green terraces at their disposal. A number of environmentally friendly solutions have been used in the building, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
