American company Hyland with an office in Katowice's Global Office Park

The modern Global Office Park building complex in Katowice will have a new tenant. The foreign company Hyland will move into the facility.

Hyland is a content-sharing company that operates in more than 30 locations around the world. The company also came to Poland in 2020, and is now setting up another office in Katowice's Global Office Park. When Building A1 is completed, the company will have 2,600 sqm of office space spread over two floors of the tower. Until then, Hyland will use the office space of Building C, which has already been completed.

Global Office Park is one of Katowice's most recognizable buildings, located at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dabrowka streets. The complex will include two office towers over 100 meters high and one residential building. The entire development will be connected by a five-story podium with space for retail, service and catering activities. There will be green terraces and relaxation areas for tenants, and the entire project will receive BREEAM certification. Completion of the executive works is dated for the second quarter of 2022.
