Andersia Silver skyscraper changed its name to AND2

A new skyscraper being erected at Plac Andersa in Poznan, originally known as Andersia Silver, changed its name to AND2. Information about this change was made available by the investor, who also presented new visualizations of the office building.
AND2 is a building with a height of almost 120 meters, which will deliver modern space with an area of 40,000 square meters to the market. It will be the most modern office building in the capital of Greater Poland. The investment, realized by Von der Heyden Group in cooperation with the City of Poznan, closes a 25-year period of construction at Plac Andersa. The general contractor of the office building is PORR.
AND2 is to become one of the symbols of the city and the entire province. Future tenants of the building will be able to use numerous amenities, such as a bike storage room with 241 spaces and sanitary facilities, 251 parking spaces, 5 charging stations for electric cars and 22 for bikes, as well as 15 high-speed elevators. The office building will also be characterized by retractable narrow window wings and three terraces on the 12th and 19th floors, from which you can admire Poznan's panorama.
AND2 offers three different types of office space: Silver, the largest and ideal for large teams, Gold with a view of all sides of the city, and Palladium on the upper floors, designed for those who want to stand out their business.
The handover of AND2 to use is planned for 2025.
