ANEGIS company based in the Centrum Południe office building in Wrocław

The list of tenants in Wrocław's Centrum Południe office building has grown by another company. This time the modern building has been chosen by ANEGIS, which will occupy about 750 sqm of office space in the building.

Another lease agreement has been signed for office space in Wrocław's Centrum Południe building. ANEGIS, a digital business transformation company, has decided to move into the building. Its new headquarters will include about 750 sqm of office space, and employees will be able to move into the new office as early as November 2022.

Wrocław's Centrum Południe complex is a modern facility located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, consisting of five buildings. In total, the complex will provide about 85,000 sqm of total space. In addition to space for lease, the complex also offers many amenities, including terraces, underground parking for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
