Another LUX MED medical center in a Katowice office building

The .KTW I office building is now home to the fourth LUX MED medical center in Katowice, a leader in private health care in Poland.

A new medical center of the LUX MED group, which offers private medical services, opened with the beginning of the year. The new, fourth medical center is located in the first of the buildings of Katowice's KTW complex. It will occupy about 950 sqm of first-floor space. This has made the .KTW I office building already 90 percent commercialized. The lease of the space for the medical offices is scheduled for 10 years.

.KTW Is a multifunctional complex of two Katowice buildings with a total area of 62,000 sqm. The building is located on Roździeńskiego Street in the vicinity of Katowice's Spodek. One of the skyscrapers has climbed as high as 31 stories, or 133 meters, making KTW the tallest building in the city. High-end interiors and underground car parking are at the disposal of tenants, and the building also incorporates many environmentally friendly solutions.
