Another office building in the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań is going up

Construction of the Nowy Rynek E office building in Poznań is currently underway, and a symbolic topping out will soon be hung on top. The new building will provide the local market with some 28,500 sqm of leasable space.

Skanska's Nowy Rynek investment in Poznań is growing steadily. Not long ago, the company was able to enjoy the occupancy permit obtained for the Nowy Rynek D building, and now it can already boast progressive construction work on another office building. Nowy Rynek E is creeping upwards, and soon a symbolic topping out will be hung on its top. Once construction is complete and the building is ready for occupancy, which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023, Katowice's office market will gain about 28,500 sqm of leasable space.

Nowy Rynek is a Poznan complex that will eventually consist of five buildings. Their total area will exceed 100,000 sqm and will serve a variety of functions. The complex will include space for office, residential, hotel or service and retail units. In addition, tenants will have above- and underground parking spaces at their disposal, as well as special facilities for cyclists.
