Aon extends lease at Enterprise Park in Krakow

Aon, a consulting firm, has decided to extend its lease in one of Krakow's office buildings. Its headquarters will remain in building E of the Enterprise Park complex.

Aon, a consulting firm, is a multinational company with a history in Poland spanning thirty years. It has one of its headquarters in our country in Cracow in an office building belonging to the Enterprise Park complex. The lease of more than 11,300 sqm of its office space was recently extended for another year.

Enterprise Park is a complex of six buildings located in Krakow. The facility collectively provides about 61,600 sqm of space to the local market, with all of the office buildings rising four stories high. A whole range of amenities await tenants at the facility, such as above- and underground parking spaces for cars and a car wash, extensive infrastructure for cyclists including bike rental, many green areas, a patio and numerous places for relaxation and recreation. The complex also incorporates many environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
