Arena Advisory, a Polish consulting firm, moves to Warsaw's P180 office building. P180 office building supports sustainable development, which is confirmed by LEED certification: the building consumes 47.9% less energy, saves 3.9 million liters of water and emits 3,969 tons less CO₂ annually compared to reference buildings. The use of low-carbon concrete during construction was the first such solution in this part of Europe.

Inside P180, advanced technologies were used, such as a digital lighting interface, an energy management system and a "green leaf" feature, informing employees about the impact of their actions on energy consumption.
