Arkady Wrocławskie Will Be Demolished

The information about the closure of the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping and office center, located at the intersection of Powstańców Śląskich and Swobodna streets, in the very center of Wrocław, has been officially confirmed. Develia, the current owner of the complex, announced the final date for the closure of the facility and the intention to submit an application for its demolition.

Arkady Wrocławskie is a multi-level shopping and office center, which was built in 2004-2007 according to the project of the AP Szczepaniak architectural studio. The facility offers three floors of retail space with a total area of approximately 30,000 sqm, where dozens of shops, a cinema and a fitness club operate. Additionally, the complex contains office space of 9,000 sqm, distributed on 11 floors.

According to the announcement, Arkady Wrocławskie will be closed in the first half of 2024, and the owner plans to submit an application for permission to demolish the facility. Additionally, negotiations with a potential buyer of the shopping gallery are currently underway.
