AstraZeneca Office in Krakow's Podgorze

The international biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca became a new tenant in one of the buildings of the Equal Business Park complex located on Wielicka Street in Krakow's Podgorze. The company, present in Poland for over 30 years, employs over 3,000 employees. AstraZeneca will occupy almost 1,000 square meters of office space.

Equal Business Park in Krakow is managed and owned by Apollo-Rida Poland. This modern Class A office complex offers a total of 49,500 square meters of office space. Among the tenants are companies such as Qurate Retail Group, TE Connectivity, Superior Logistics, Kimberly Clark, Aptiv, EQTek, Kingfisher, BorgWarner, and Regus. The building stands out with advanced ecological solutions, confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the "Excellent" level, including renewable energy supply, bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations, and energy-efficient elevators and lighting.
