Bayer extends lease agreement at Olivia Centre

Bayer Global Business Services, which occupies nearly 4,200 sqm of space in Olivia Center, has decided to extend its lease for another five years. The company has four floors at its disposal in the Olivia Tower building, which is part of the Olivia Center complex.

Olivia Business Centre is one of the largest and most modern office complexes on the map of Tri-City. It was located on one of the main transportation routes, which guarantees it a comfortable location from the perspective of tenants and their partners.
