Brain Park in Krakow fully rented, Echo finalizes commercialization process

Echo Investment completed the rental of the last office spaces in the Brain Park complex in Krakow. Three modern buildings offering 43,000 m² of space attracted key tenants, confirming the city's attractiveness for business. The last available space was rented by Enprom, joining companies such as EY, Volvo Tech Hub and PepsiCo GBS. Brain Park is one of the largest office complexes in Krakow, which has BREEAM "Excellent", WELL Health-Safety and WiredScore Platinum certificates.

The complex is distinguished by ecological infrastructure, including electric vehicle charging stations and power from renewable energy sources. In 2026, an EMS studio will open on the Brain Park grounds, offering personal training and wellness zone. Located at the intersection of Fabryczna Street and Aleja Pokoju, Brain Park provides excellent communication with the rest of Krakow, as well as space for rest, meetings and physical activities, thanks to the green patio.

Among other tenants of the complex are EPAM Polska, Tanium, APPTIO Poland and Mercator Medical. There are also Loftmill serviced offices, Medicover clinic, canteen, bakery and Gorąco Polecam cafe on the site. Brain Park has become one of the most important business centers in Krakow, combining high-quality office space with ecological solutions and innovative infrastructure.
