Business Garden in Wroclaw with LEED certification at the highest level

Six buildings in Wrocław's Business Garden complex have received a very special distinction. The office buildings received the highest possible rating in LEED certification, which evaluates, among other things, the use of ecological solutions in investments.

Wrocław's Business Garden complex, an investment by Vastint Poland, can boast an extremely important distinction. Six office buildings from the second stage of the investment, which are part of the entire complex of buildings, have received LEED certification at the Platinum level, the highest possible rating. Obtaining such a high score was possible thanks to the use of many pro-environmental solutions, the creation of green and relaxation zones, as well as the high proportion of regional materials during the development.

Business Garden in Wroclaw is a multi-component complex consisting of nine office buildings. Each of them rises to a height of five floors and provide a total of about 117,000 sqm of office and service space. The development uses a number of solutions that favor nature and people. Tenants are provided with underground and above-ground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. An additional asset of the building is a kindergarten and medical facility present in the complex.
