CAT LC Polska Will Move Into Silesia Star

CAT LC Polska became a new tenant in the Silesia Star office building. The company specializes in international transport and domestic distribution. The company's employees will move to their new office at Roździeńskiego Avenue in October.

CAT LC Polska is part of the French conglomerate Groupe CAT, which has been present on the Polish market since 1993. Currently, CAT LC Polska is intensifying its activities in the Silesian agglomeration, which led to the decision to locate its headquarters in the modern Silesia Star office building in Katowice. The company rented 1,300 square meters of office space on the first floor of building A. Silesia Star is a complex consisting of two office buildings located at Roździeńskiego Avenue 10, centrally in Katowice. Currently, this facility is part of the property portfolio managed by Globalworth. The complex, designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, offers a total of over 29,000 square meters of office space, as well as nearly 200 underground parking spaces and approximately 250 additional parking spaces at ground level.
