CELEBRO takes first steps

White Stone Development is developing a project to build a modern office building CELEBRO at the intersection of Grójecka, Hynka, Łopuszańska and Aleja Krakowska streets in Warsaw. The total area is expected to be 12,271 square meters, of which 7,150 square meters will be devoted to office space, while nearly 1,000 square meters will be devoted to retail and service units. CELEBRO will reach 6 floor levels, with each floor having an area of 1,327 square meters. The architectural concept of the building is behind the Authors Architecture Studio Kurylowicz & Associates. The complex features excellent exposure, a location in the south of Warsaw and a multitude of aesthetic qualities.
