Building materials company CEMEX Poland has decided to stay in its current location and extend its lease agreement for office space at The park Warsaw. About 2,000 sqm of space remains at the company's disposal.

The Park Warsaw complex consists of ten Class A buildings. The office buildings have received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
