Center for EU Transport Projects Stays in Warsaw Spire C

The Center for EU Transport Projects (CUPT) extended its lease agreement with CA Immo for office space in Warsaw Spire C in Warsaw. CUPT has been located in this building since 2015. Warsaw Spire C is part of the Warsaw Spire complex, which in 2017 was awarded the MIPIM Awards as the best office and business project in its category. This property offers 21,400 square meters of GLA space, of which as much as 96 percent is intended for offices, and the rest is commercial and logistics space. Additionally, 263 parking spaces are available in the underground garage.
