Centrum Orlat in Wroclaw Underwent Revitalization

The Centrum Orlat office building, located in Wroclaw at the intersection of Podwale, Piłsudski, and Braniborska streets, underwent major renovation and modernization. The building is owned by the Quartum fund, which is part of the Adventum Group. Tétris was responsible for carrying out renovation work and partially the design. The office building adjacent to Świebodzki station now offers 20,000 sqm of modern rental space, adapted to the highest standards and business needs.

The investment included facade replacement, creation of terraces, garage renovation, renovation of two receptions, and modernization of HVAC installations, all electrical systems, and SAP, DSO, and BMS systems. One of the significant elements of the new facade is new lamellae with a total length of 3 km. These changes not only give the building an attractive appearance but also increase its functionality and energy efficiency.
