City One office building in the hands of an international owner

Changes in the Wroclaw office market. The City One building, part of the City Forum complex, has changed its owner and now belongs to an international institutional investor.

The first building in Wroclaw's City Forum complex, City One, has changed its owner. The modern building located near the city center, which was previously owned by the Archicom Group, is now in the hands of an international institutional investor. The contract for the sale of the building was for €33.8 million.

City One is one of two buildings forming part of a Wrocław office complex called City Forum. The building is located on Traugutta Street near the city center. City One, like the other building in the complex, provides the market with approximately 12,000 sqm of high-end leasable space. The building also offers tenants underground parking spaces and facilities for cyclists. It has a number of relaxation and green areas that have been put at the disposal of tenants. In addition, the building has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
