A new tenant will move into the Katowice complex, which will be built after the revitalization of five buildings on Dworcowa Street. Cluster Offices will open its serviced offices in one of the buildings.
Cluster Offices is a company dedicated to providing workspace in the form of serviced offices, coworking zones or conference rooms. Their specially adapted work spaces are already available in three locations in Krakow. This time the company has decided to open its new headquarters in Katowice's Stary Dworzec complex. Cluster Offices serviced offices will be set up in the Dworcowa 8 building.
Stary Dworzec is a complex of five buildings located on Dworcowa Street in Katowice. The building, which will house Cluster Offices' new offices, offers about 4,600 sqm of usable space. In total, the entire complex will provide the local market with about 10,200 sqm of usable space. Additional advantages of the facility include the presence of retail and catering space, as well as the attractive location of the complex.
