Codewise has extended its lease agreement for the Krakow office of Browar Lubicz

Codewise will not change its headquarters. The company has decided to extend its lease agreement with the Browar Lubicz office in Cracow.

Polish company Codewise, which operates in the high-tech solutions market, will stay in the Browar Lubicz building in Cracow for a longer period of time. A lease extension agreement has already been signed, which means the company will remain a tenant on two floors of the office building, which provide about 2,200 sqm of office space.

Browar Lubicz is an office building located in the very center of Krakow. It offers about 6,000 sqm of total space to its tenants. The building is distinguished by an interesting arrangement, which combines modern architectural elements with the characteristic look of an old brewery. Facilities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces and green areas for relaxation located near the office building.
