Commercialization of first floor of Wave skyscraper completed

Commercialization of the first floor of the Wave office building has been completed. The LUX MED dental center located there and the Żabka store will open later in the first half of 2021.

The commercialization of the space on the first floor of the Wave office building has been completed. The LUX MED dental center will occupy more than 400 sqm there. The entrance to the facility will be located on the side of Grunwaldzka Avenue. The first floor of the office building will also house a Żabka store. The opening of the facilities is planned for the first half of this year.

Gdansk Wave is located on Grunwaldzka street. The skyscraper, which is part of the complex, offers about 24,800 sqm of space spread over 14 floors above ground. Wave, as the first office building in the Tri-City, will apply for the WELL Core&Shell certification, which distinguishes itself by its focus on human well-being and well-being. Consisting of two interconnected skyscrapers, the complex is expected to eventually provide about 48,000 sqm of leasable office space.
