Commercialization of the Forest complex is increasing. Two more companies have moved into the facility

Forest is a Warsaw office complex that constantly attracts new companies interested in leasing space. This time, two more companies will move into the facility - Sweco and a confidential tenant. The companies will collectively occupy about 2,200 sqm of space.

Interest in one of the greenest buildings in the country - the Forest office complex in Warsaw - is growing steadily. As a result, the commercialization level of the building is also increasing. Two more lease agreements for the complex's space were recently signed. One was for about 1,500 sqm of space for a confidential tenant operating in the forest and garden care industry. While the other was a lease agreement signed with Sweco. The architecture and engineering consultant will occupy an office of about 700 sqm.

Forest is a complex of office buildings located on Burakowska Street in Warsaw. This modern facility offers a total of about 78,000 sqm of leasable space. The building is scheduled for completion at the end of this year. Tenants will have parking spaces for cars, bicycle infrastructure and terraces on the buildings' roofs. The building has been awarded numerous certificates, such as BREEAM and WELL.
