Construction begins on new office building in Warsaw. We already know the contractor

We learned the company that will be the general contractor in the construction process of the modern Vena office building on Warsaw's Wola. The investment will deliver approximately 15,400 m² of modern office space available for rent to the capital market.

Polish Real Estate Holding announced the beginning of construction of the Vena office building in Warsaw in late 2023. Now we learned the company that was selected as the general contractor for this investment - it is Skanska. Vena, located at Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in the Wola district, near the intersection with Kasprzaka Street, will be an intimate, modern class A office building. A 12-floor office building will offer 15,400 m² of workspace, as well as a two-level underground parking lot for 153 cars. Retail and service outlets will appear on the ground floor and first floor.

Future Vena office building tenants will have the opportunity to flexibly adapt individual floors to their arrangement needs. The building will also be enriched with an internal plaza with greenery and small architecture elements.

The architectural design is the work of Atelier 7 (A7AG) studio, and the estimated investment cost is 200 million zlotys. Skanska has committed to completing the office building construction within 24 months.
