Construction of a modern office complex, Centrum Południe, is underway in the center of Wroclaw. Skanska has released the latest designs and plans for landscaping around the building and creating loggias on each floor.

Construction of the modern Centrum Południe office complex in Wroclaw is underway. Skanska has recently shared its latest designs. According to them, it is planned to create, among other things, loggias on each floor of the office building, which can be designed according to tenants' requirements. In addition, areas with small architecture and a basketball court are to be created around the building.

Centrum Południe is a complex of five office buildings under construction in Wroclaw, which will have a total area of 85,000 sqm. The modern building will be adjacent to the well-known Sky Tower building. Tenants will have underground parking spaces, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles.
