Ghelamco has started construction of a new building. A 55-meter CRAFT office building is under construction in Katowice.
A new office building by Ghelamco is under construction in Katowice. The CRAFT building is located at Chorzowska and Ściegiennego streets. Construction work has already started and is expected to be completed in Q4 2022.
CRAFT is a 55-meter-high office building that will provide 26,700 sqm of leasable space to the market. In addition, the building will also offer underground and above-ground parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The building will also meet the requirements of the BREEAM system and will be certified at the Excellent level. The architectural design of the CRAFT office building is the responsibility of Pracownia Architektoniczna Czora & Czora. The building will be completed in late 2022.
