Construction of Kraków's Brain Park office complex has started

Construction of the first phase of the Brain Park office complex has begun in Krakow. The project will offer more than 43,000 sqm of office space, as well as 10,000 sqm of green space around the buildings.

Construction of the first stage of the Brain Park project has started. Located on Aleja Pokoju Street, the complex of buildings will provide 43,000 sqm of leasable office space to the market. The Kraków-based investment includes three ten-story office buildings. Tenants will have 485 parking spaces, charging stations for bicycles, scooters and electric cars, as well as parking spaces for cyclists. In addition, there will be 10,000 sqm of green space around the buildings.

Designed by Cracow-based BE DDJM Architekci studio, the complex is also expected to offer additional amenities, such as a table tennis area, chess tables, swings and a street workout area. The first phase of the complex is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2022.
