Construction of Skanska's new office building has begun

Construction of a new office building in Warsaw has begun. Skanska has launched an investment called P180 Warsaw, which is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2022.

The new investment, whose general contractor is Skanska, is located at Pulawska and Domaniewska streets in Warsaw. The modern P180 Warsaw office building will be built next to the Wilanowska Metro station. The project, for which PRC Architekci studio is responsible, calls for the office building to obtain WELL certification. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

P180 Warsaw is a development that will eventually provide the capital's office market with about 32,000 sqm of office space. The building will rise to a height of 15 stories and will offer many amenities for its future tenants. These will include underground parking spaces for cars, infrastructure for cyclists or parking for scooters and scooters. A distinctive feature of the office building will be the use of a modern material such as green concrete, which eliminates harmful nitrogen compounds from the air contained in car exhaust.
