Construction of the next office building of the Lodz Fusion complex has started

Echo Investment's unique investment will expand with another office building. Lodz's Fuzja complex will gain additional work space thanks to a new three-story office building.

Even more office space will be created in the Fuzja development in Lodz, which is being developed by Echo Investment. Construction has just begun on the third office building in the complex. The building is being erected on the site of Scheibler's former factory, or more precisely, on the site of a building that used to be a bleaching, drying and water mangle. The facade of the new office building will incorporate part of the remaining historic wall of the former facility, which will give it an unusual and unique character.

Fusion is a Lodz-based complex offering diversified space for lease. It provides residential, office, catering and retail space to the local market. The total office space that the Fuzja complex will offer is about 40,000 sqm. Work on the Echo Investment-owned development is expected to be completed in 2023.
