Construction of the second office building within the Cavatina Hall development has begun

The second office building that is part of the Cavatina Hall complex is under construction in Bielsko-Biała. What's more, more than half of its office space has already been leased.

Bielsko-Biala can boast a unique achievement. As part of the Cavatina Hall project under construction there, another office building is currently under construction, which will offer its tenants Class A rental space. The building is being developed in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, as well as the WELL Health-Safety Rating. The high-end office space of the office building under construction is an extremely attractive offer for potential tenants. For this reason, more than half of the building's space, or about 2,500 sqm, has already been leased by the Murapol Group.

The Cavatina Hall complex is a high-class facility located in Bielsko-Biała. Ultimately, the investment will provide about 15,500 sqm of space for offices and commercial premises. An additional asset of the facility will be the concert hall and recording studio available in the complex. In addition, tenants will have underground parking for cars, facilities for cyclists and plenty of green areas for relaxation.
