Construction of the second phase of Kraków's Ocean Office Park project is underway

Krakow's Ocean Office Park development is gradually expanding. The second stage of the complex, the largest of all the buildings that make up the complex, is currently under construction.

Kraków's Ocean Office Park complex continues to grow. Construction of the facility's second and largest office building, Ocean Office Park B, has recently begun. Work on the ceiling of the +1 floor has already been completed and preparations are underway for the installation of the facade. Once the building is operational at the end of this year, it will provide the local market with approximately 26,500 sqm of leasable space.

Ocean Office Park is a modern building complex under construction in Krakow. Its construction began in 2019. Ocean Office Park A was the first office building to be constructed, while the second building, Ocean Office Park B, is now under construction. The entire complex will provide a total of about 53,000 sqm of office space. In addition, the facility will include above- and underground parking spaces and green areas around the buildings.
