Construction of Wroclaw Infinity underway

Construction of a modern Infinity office building on Legnicka Street in Wroclaw is underway. The building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023. At that time, nearly 20,000 sqm of office space will be added to the local market.

As early as next year, the Wrocław office market will expand with another additional space for lease. Work is currently underway on the Infinity building, which is being constructed on Legnicka Street near Jana Pawła II Square. The fifth ground floor of the office building is now under construction. The architectural design of the building was created by AD Studio, and Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is responsible for the general construction.

Infinity will be a modern office building that will provide the market with approximately 18,700 sqm of Class A workspace. In addition, the building will also include space for retail and service establishments. Tenants will also have underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. They will also be able to use electric vehicle charging stations and terraces.
