Consulting firm EY will open new office in Wroclaw

Consulting firm EY plans to open a new office in Wroclaw, choosing the Quorum office complex as its location. The move is scheduled for May 2024, and the new headquarters will occupy one thousand square meters. EY currently employs over 5,000 specialists in Poland, distributed in cities such as Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Wroclaw, Rzeszow, and in the EY Shared Services Center.

The Wroclaw office team of EY specializes in areas such as audit, business consulting, legal, technological and tax consulting. The choice of the Quorum complex, which is part of the Cavatina Group, results from the combination of a central location in the heart of Wroclaw, on the banks of the river, attractive architecture and modern solutions promoting the creation of a modern work environment.

Quorum D, being part of the complex, offers over 16,200 square meters of class A office space, distributed over six floors, along with about one thousand square meters of retail and commercial spaces. The complex has parking for over 220 cars and an internal patio, created as the ideal place for relaxation during the work day.

The entire Quorum complex will consist of five buildings with different functions. Cavatina Holding is finishing work on the second office building - Quorum A, and Resi Capital plans to complete the Quorum Apartments building in Q1 2024.

The ground floor of the Quorum buildings will be designated for retail outlets, and on the base level of the complex and on the fourth floor, terraces and green spaces have been designed. The south side of Building D and the opposite side of the street will offer publicly accessible green areas and a promenade.

The complex will have approximately 1,500 parking spaces.
