A modern coworking space called Ogrodowa8 Cowork has been established in the Ogrodowa Office building in Lodz. The project belongs to Memos, which has created a unique space with complete equipment and necessary amenities in the facility. Tenants can use the coworking space, technical and IT facilities, a reception desk and several-person offices. This is the second location in Poland of this type of space from Memos.

Ogrodowa Office is a seven-story office building providing approximately 26,800 sqm of total space. In addition to office space, the building also includes retail and service units. Tenants have an interior patio and terraces at their disposal. In addition, they can use above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle facilities or electric vehicle charging stations.
