CPI Property Group owns half of Warsaw's Intraco II office building

One of Warsaw's office buildings, Intraco II, has a new owner. CPI Property Group has acquired a 50.3% stake in the skyscraper.

Intraco II, a Warsaw office skyscraper, recently has a new co-owner. More than 50% of the building's shares have been acquired by CPI Property Group. It is one of the leaders among commercial property owners in CEE, Berlin and the Czech Republic.

Intraco II is an office skyscraper located on Chałubińskiego Street in Warsaw, which rises 46 stories above ground and is one of the tallest and most recognizable buildings in the capital. The building provides the local market with approximately 45,500 sqm of workspace. In addition, the office building also includes special spaces for retail and service establishments. Parking spaces for cars are also available to tenants. An additional convenience is the building's location in the very center of the city, which significantly contributes to the building's attractiveness.
