Craft office building handed over for use

Ghelamco announced that their flagship Katowice office project CRAFT received a permit for use. As a result, an additional 26,700 m² of modern office space appeared on the local market. The 55-meter-high office building is located in the direct vicinity of the Middle Route and Silesia City Center shopping center. The characteristic element of the building is the so-called "razor blades" in a shade of tarnished copper located on the facade, with which architects from the Katowice Czora & Czora Architectural Studio gave it an industrial character, directly referring to Katowice's industrial heritage. The project is characterized by numerous green areas, and up to six terraces, including one on the roof, will be available to people working in the building.

Electric car charging stations have been installed in the office building, and bicycle parking spaces have been made available, along with changing rooms and showers. In total, employees and guests have access to 218 parking spaces in the underground garage and 28 spaces in front of the building.
