Deutsche Hypo provided financing for construction of a modern office building in Gdansk

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance granted Olivia Seven a green loan for refinancing the Olivia Prime A office building located in Gdansk's Oliwa district. Financing was granted for a period of five years and concerns one of the key buildings that are part of the Olivia Centre complex – Poland's largest office center, offering a total of 175,000 m² of rental space.

Olivia Prime A office building has approximately 28,200 m² of space spread over 15 floors. Together with the neighboring Olivia Prime B, it forms the third largest office building in Poland with a total area of 56,000 m². The building is distinguished by modern technological solutions, including the use of fully glazed, ventilated triple glazing, which ensures optimal interior lighting.

Great emphasis was placed on user comfort in the project. Spacious loggias, terraces and interior design inspired by nature and art create a friendly work environment, which is confirmed by the WELL certificate. Additionally, compliance with high sustainable development standards was confirmed by a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
