Develia Group sells its stake in Wrocław's Sky Tower

Changes in the Wrocław office market. Develia Group has decided to sell its stake in the Sky Tower building. The deal was signed with a company owned by AdventumGroup and amounted to around €84 million.

The Develia Group, which was until now the main shareholder in the Sky Tower facility in Wroclaw, has decided to sell it. This is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its market and financial position from the beginning of 2021. The sale agreement was signed with Olimp Investment, which is owned by AdventumGroup. The agreement was for about €84 million and involved a 79.55% stake in Sky Tower.

Wrocław's Sky Tower is one of the city's most recognizable buildings. It was built on Powstańców Śląskich Street between 2008 and 2013, and rises to a height of 212 meters. The building offers about 28,000 sqm of office space. The skyscraper also houses retail and food and beverage establishments. Underground parking spaces are available to tenants. In addition, a vantage point has been located on the 49th floor, from which one can enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
